Adjustable Air Mattress Components:

• Pillow Top:  The pillow components of the adjustable air mattress include: a layer of impression-resistant new age pillow-flex foam; a contouring temperature-activated Memory-Cell® comfort layer; a multi-zoned support grid for head-to-toe comfort; a layer of super soft comfort  temperature responsive space-age material that contours to the body for even weight distribution; and a moisture barrier backing.  The cover for the adjustable air mattress pillow is luscious PetMe™ Euro style breathable material with the luxurious soft feel of cashmere.
• 5-zoned Anatomic High Density 1″ Support Layer: The interior vulcanized air bed chambers are covered with high-density and extra-thick polyurethane convoluted foam.  The foam has been formed with a unique combination of 5 distinctive zones to reduce pressure point stress and provide entire body support.
• Vulcanized Air Bed Chambers: The air bed chambers are 25-gauge double-layered, cotton canvas-covered Vulcanized Latex Rubber, and the borders are double-seamed for maximum strength. The I-Beam design is double-reinforced, and the chambers are of a multi-directional box baffle design to eliminate the hammock-effect. The steel-reinforced kink-free hose is sealed with flexible rubber at the time of manufacture eliminating possible air loss. The brass-reinforced connection boot provides a durable connection, and the attached Twist-N-Lock cam-lock inflator connector, with an interior air back-flow seal, locks in place to prevent any accidental disconnect.
• Memory Weave Wrapped Power Edge Support: A Memory Weave™-wrapped power edge support for the adjustable air bed chambers connects the 4 side rails inside the bed to prevent “bowing out” of the mattress and increases the durability and longevity of the foam by eliminating the possibility of oxidation of the foam.
• Mattress Components Enclosure: The adjustable air bed components are encased in durable material connected to the pillow top assembly with a double, self-mending zipper.

Foundation Available: Our adjustable air bed suspension mattresses must be set on a solid foundation, and we have foundations available for all of our mattresses. The foundations are all wood construction, with Masonite tops and continental tailoring. The foundations meet the strict regulations of the 16 CFR Part 1633 Standard for Flammability for mattress sets.
